The current routes for each reservation period will be published in https://www.promoflight.eu/ being able to always suggest the desired combination and selecting among those offered by this promotion according to availability which does not correspond to all the seats of the airlines contemplated.
- Promoflight offers you to book one round trip flight for two at a special and stable price during the year of validity of the promotional code under the special conditions of this promotion. Each winning code may make a single reservation effective.
- The user can make his code effective only for one trip or round trip paying only the fee corresponding to his choice and the promotional code being invalidated for future reservations.

- Travel documents:

- Modification or cancellation of reservations:
The flight tickets issued in this promotion do not allow changes, cancellations or refunds. Our service only issues reservations previously approved by the user. - Promotion not cumulative: Promoflight vouchers only allow you to issue a unique book for two people round-trip on direct flights; If the user has several promotional codes, he will not be able to accumulate them in any way to manage reservations for more than two passengers or to request matching places to travel as a family or group, combine routes, unify travel records or add extra passengers to the reservation. Our platform is only loaded with combinations for one or two people according to what is offered by the promotion.
- Reservation periods: All reservation periods go from 1st to 10th either March, May, September or December (ask our agents what are the periods of which your voucher has. Applications received from 1st to 8th will be processed until the 10th including the issuance of your tickets. Applications received from the 9th to the 10th of will be managed until the 11th at 2:00 pm including the issuance of tickets. Any management not carried out within these terms will result in the automatic closure of your application, leaving your voucher available for future periods if the validity of the same allows it or ending our management due to its expiration. Each period you can send a single application. Duplicate applications are automatically removed.
- Anyone who makes use of the promotion does so by accepting these terms and conditions.
- Promoflight reserves the right to reject any code presented by third parties or that does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the promotion. Promoflight, as the corresponding airlines, are not responsible for lost, misplaced, incomplete, illegible, delayed or damaged vouchers, locators or codes.
- Promotion not combinable with other offers, reductions, bonuses or discounts which are not admitted or computable for this promotion.
- If the promotion to which a voucher belongs were canceled, returned or unpaid, the flight-gift voucher that has been received would lose its full validity, being the responsibility of the company that has granted it to the user any action that may arise from its cancellation.
