YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE MADE TO FLY WITH THE LOW COST AIRLINES RYANAIR, EASYJET, VUELING, OR OTHER LOW COST AIRLINES, ACCORDING TO OUR COMPANY AVAILABILITY.

The current routes for each reservation period will be published in https://www.promoflight.eu/   being able to always suggest the desired combination and selecting among those offered by this promotion according to availability which does not correspond to all the seats of the airlines contemplated.

  1. Promoflight offers you to book one round trip flight for two at a special and stable price during the year of validity of the promotional code under the special conditions of this promotion.  Each winning code may make a single reservation effective. 
  2. The user can make his code effective only for one trip or round trip paying only the fee corresponding to his choice and the promotional code being invalidated for future reservations.
  3. The user can make his code effective only for one or for two people paying only the fee corresponding to his choice and the promotional code being invalidated for future reservations.
  4. The cost of online check-in is not included in the promotion. Our agents will inform you how to do it for free and it will be the responsibility of the passenger its performance and cost, if any.
  5. The user can suggest different combinations and use any origin national airport contemplated by the promotion to receive travel proposals always within the period allowed for reservations, being able to change at any time prior to the reservation the suggestions given in the request form for travel.
  6. The maximum cost to be paid by the user is the one specified by his voucher plus the surcharges derived from his specific management. Each travel proposal contains detailed all its costs. The flights in the promotion constantly experience changes in their user costs; If a proposal submitted changes its cost both upwards and downwards before the tickets are issued and always within the maximum periods stipulated by the promotion, the user will be required to make up the difference or the difference will be returned if the change went down.

The user will always have the option prior to issuing their tickets to choose another combination or request a refund of the fees paid if they wish to cancel the process.

  1. When can you travel in this promotion:

Days to travel: Monday to Thursday and Saturday.

Exclusion period every Friday and Sunday as well as holiday periods, the eve of sporting events or popular festivals, national and local holidays, as well as high season periods (from December 1 to January 15, Easter and July 1 to September 30) and bridge holidays within the promotion period.  Both at origin and destination.

Note: Weekend trips, you have to fly combining the days of Thursday, Saturday or Monday, round trip. If you decide to fly in days, periods or combinations not available for this promotion, 100% of the official airline rate will be applied at your expense and the code will be spent only by our management.

This promotion can be canceled without prior notice, and at any time due to force majeure.

The user does not have the right to demand any destination, combination or date, being able to choose only the destinations, combinations and dates available for this promotion and according to the availability that is changing according to the reservations being made at any time in this promotion and by the airlines themselves.

  1. Making reservations:

The realization of your reservation must always be managed by our service; The promotion does not recognize or take responsibility for reservations made on platforms or websites external to the promotion.

Step 2: Our agents will contact you in a maximum of 24/48 hours assigning your application number and asking you to provide the image of your voucher or a copy of the message in which you obtained your promotional code to proceed with its verification. Please do not generate new messages, always reply directly to the message received from your agent to keep the thread of the conversation. Isolated messages are not served by a specific agent. Keep in mind that our service serves thousands of people simultaneously.

Step 3: Once your code is verified and the passengers assigned, our agents will present travel proposals for you. As soon as you receive them, you must inform us if the proposal is suitable for you to continue the reservation process or request that it be reformulated. No reservations will be issued for passengers other than those listed in your request.

Step 4: Once you select the travel proposal you wish to opt for, you must confirm it to our agents by attaching the image of the passengers' ID or passport according to destination, always with its validity suitable for these flights. Please proceed to the payment quickly, the combination is not locked to give equal opportunities to all participants. The only means of payment accepted for this promotion is by card.

Step 5: You will receive your flight locators and instructions for online check-in.

              

  1. Travel documents:

It is the responsibility of the users to have the valid identity documents of both passengers and to provide them to our agents for the issuance of the reservation; Promoflight does not make reservations without being presented with the travel documents correct and current.
Valid documents for this promotion: National Identity Card, Passport, It is the responsibility of the users to comply with the immigration and entry requirements of each country. Promoflight does not make reservations with expired identity documents, in process or with other documents not mentioned as valid in this section, such as the family book or the Birth records, becoming documents not accepted by this promotion to book.

  1. Promoflight does not make any management or reservation for minors without the accompaniment of an adult; this is that each reservation must contain 1 passenger 18/21 years of age or older.
  1. Regarding schedule changes, cancellations and other flight incidents that may occur once the tickets have been issued by the airlines:

The users of this promotion once their tickets have been issued are normal passengers of the different airlines with full rights and obligations; any incident or change must be managed by the passenger directly with the corresponding airline or use the services of the civil aviation regulatory entity in your country. the service and obligations of this promotion end once the flight locators have been delivered.

Promoflight is not responsible for transfers and extra costs that the user incurs for their trip, it being their responsibility to communicate with the airline previously to reconfirm the status of their flights as well as submit claims or whatever is necessary to the airline.

  1. Modification or cancellation of reservations:

The flight tickets issued in this promotion do not allow changes, cancellations or refunds. Our service only issues reservations previously approved by the user. It is the responsibility of the user to verify within a maximum period of 24 hours that the written data and all details of the book are correct and thus notify the agent in charge.

If the company is forced to cancel the flight due to force majeure, changes or refunds may be requested directly from the airline in question and always subject to its policies; Any other setback that may arise will not give the right to request the modification or cancellation of your reservation if the plane makes its route normally. Therefore, if you have any questions, you should contact the airline directly. The different measures adopted by the countries due to the covid, even though they are imminent, do not allow any claim or reimbursement as long as the flight is made by the airlines.

It is the passenger's responsibility to be attentive to compliance with the measures adopted against covid19 by the airlines and the country of destination, such as detection tests, mandatory isolation and everything that arises before or after their reservation, which will not allow changes or refunds. some even being imminent measures and whenever the flight takes off.

  1. Promotion not cumulative: Promoflight vouchers only allow you to issue a unique book for two people round-trip on direct flights; If the user has several promotional codes, he will not be able to accumulate them in any way to manage reservations for more than two passengers or to request matching places to travel as a family or group, combine routes, unify travel records or add extra passengers to the reservation. Our platform is only loaded with combinations for one or two people according to what is offered by the promotion.
  1. Reservation periods: All reservation periods go from 1st to 10th either March, May, September or December (ask our agents what are the periods of which your voucher has. Applications received from 1st to 8th will be processed until the 10th including the issuance of your tickets. Applications received from the 9th to the 10th of will be managed until the 11th at 2:00 pm including the issuance of tickets. Any management not carried out within these terms will result in the automatic closure of your application, leaving your voucher available for future periods if the validity of the same allows it or ending our management due to its expiration.   Each period you can send a single application.   Duplicate applications are automatically removed.
  2. Anyone who makes use of the promotion does so by accepting these terms and conditions.
  1. Promoflight reserves the right to reject any code presented by third parties or that does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the promotion. Promoflight, as the corresponding airlines, are not responsible for lost, misplaced, incomplete, illegible, delayed or damaged vouchers, locators or codes.
  1. Promotion not combinable with other offers, reductions, bonuses or discounts which are not admitted or computable for this promotion.
  1. If the promotion to which a voucher belongs were canceled, returned or unpaid, the flight-gift voucher that has been received would lose its full validity, being the responsibility of the company that has granted it to the user any action that may arise from its cancellation.
  1. Any management not included by the promotion or after the delivery of your flight locator will have a fee of € 60 plus the surcharges imposed by the airline.
  1. Promoflight reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice or to suspend the promotion without prior notification, since the airlines and other supplier companies involved in the process may modify the operation by which this product can be changed.
  1. Applicable jurisdiction with the exception of the mandatory rights that are applicable in Spain: The promotion and the legal terms will be governed by the law of Spain and the courts and tribunals of Madrid will be the ones that have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute between the different parties.
  1. All the conditions for this promotion are in turn subject to the particular conditions of the airlines with which we operate.
  1. It is the user's responsibility to safeguard and not provide their promotional code to third parties; Promoflight is not responsible for the improper use of the codes and a single reservation can be issued per promotional code.
  1. Each promotional code is valid for four consecutive reservation periods from the day it is sent to the promoting company, that is, one year to make the flight.
  1. Exclusive product of Promoflight, resale prohibited outside of our authorized distributors.
